Easter Egg Hunt New Location

The annual Martinez Kiwanis/Lions Clubs Easter Egg Hunt has a NEW LOCATION this year due to renovations at the Marina. Please spread the word so we do not have hundreds of angry parents.

Where: Hidden Valley Park in Martinez, Center Avenue and Redwood Drive

When: Saturday, March 31st at 10:00 am sharp

Who: Ages 2 to 9, free to all. No registration required.

CASA Volunteer Informational Session Today

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) information sessions will be offered to the public at 8 a.m. today for those who want to advocate for children in foster care.

The information session will take place at 2151 Salvio St., Suite 295, Concord.

Chamber Board Meets March 28

The Martinez Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors will meet at noon today at the Martinez Unified School District, 921 Susana St.

Cleanup Day April 7

The annual Downtown Clean-Up Day will be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 7. Refreshments and a barbecue lunch will be available to volunteers. Those interested may email director@mainstreetmartinez.org.
