At 11:45 pm, Officer Lucido conducted a traffic stop at Walmart. The passenger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Case# 19-151.
At 8:11 am, Officer Carney investigated a road rage incident in the area of Rolling Hill Way and Elderwood Drive. The victim stated he cut off a pickup truck, occupied by a male driver and a female passenger. Both parties pulled over and exchanged words, at which time the male driver brandished a handgun from the rear cab of his pickup before leaving the area. Case# 19-154.
At 1:52 pm, Detective Miller arrested a man near the T Mobile store on Center Avenue for public intoxication and violating probation. Case# 19-161.
At 4:06 pm, Officer Lucido responded to a man acting suspicious in the 1100 block of Arnold Drive. The man was contacted and arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violating probation. Case# 19-164.
At 11:13 pm, Officer Lucido stopped a vehicle near Howe Road and Pine Street. The vehicle and driver matched the description provided by witnesses of a woman who broke a window at Cue & Brew. The woman was arrested for DUI. Case# 19-166.
At 1:24 am, officers responded to an altercation between two men in the 100 block of Fig Tree Lane. One man was arrested for an outstanding warrant, and the other was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. Case# 19-167.
At 3:23 pm, a resident on Laurel Court saw a man put boxes in a neighbor’s garbage can. Officer Lucido observed video surveillance of the incident. The man was immediately recognized by officers and soon contacted on Olive Drive. He was arrested for theft of packages and drug violations. Case# 19-177.
At 7:15 pm, officers assisted Vallejo Police Department, who pursued a robbery suspect into Martinez. The pursuit ended on Begonia Court, where the suspect was taken into custody without further incident. Inc # 1901170074.
At 9:15 pm, Officer Espinoza had a vehicle flee from him in the 400 block of Richardson Street. A short pursuit ensued. The pursuit terminated after the vehicle struck a curb at the intersection of Alhambra Avenue and Alhambra Valley Road. The driver was arrested for a parole warrant and evading. The passenger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Case# 19-179.
At 12:57 pm, Officer Ramos responded to a suspicious vehicle call in the 3300 block of
Alhambra Avenue. Two men were contacted in the vehicle and arrested for warrants. Case# 19-181.
At 8:27 am, Officer Ramos took a stolen vehicle report from a resident in the 2000 block of Pacheco Boulevard. Case# 19-187.
At 11:58 am, Officer Sousa made a traffic stop at 5-Star Gas on Pacheco Boulevard. The driver was arrested for DUI (drugs), possession of drug paraphernalia and violating probation. Case# 19-189.
At 4:10 pm, Officer Angoco stopped a reported stolen vehicle on the eastbound SR4, Morello Avenue off ramp. The man fled on foot and was not located. Case# 19-190.
At 11:54 pm, Captain Roth heard an explosion on Pettit Lane. It was discovered that a person exploded a neighbor’s mailbox with an unknown device. Case# 19-194.
At 2:00 pm, Officer Lucido responded to the skate park area for a man threatening to shoot others. He was arrested for public intoxication. Case# 19-197.
At 6:30 pm, Sergeant Salamid arrested an aggressive panhandler in the 3700 block of Alhambra Avenue for possession of a methamphetamine pipe. Case# 19-200.
At 12:53 pm, Officer Voyvodich took a theft from vehicle report from a resident in the 400 block of Mt. View Drive. Case# 19-203.
At 2:45 pm, Officer Miller took a vandalism report at Lights of Diablo, where an unknown suspect kicked, and broke the glass door. Case# 19-204.
At 4:23 pm, Officer Ramos arrested a woman on Muir Station Road for a warrant. Case# 19-206.
At 4:18 pm, Officer Miller investigated a fraud at 7-11 on Alhambra Avenue. The fraud was unfounded, but the involved man was arrested for warrants. Case# 19-207.
At 9:21 pm, Officer Lucido took a burglary report from a residence in the 400 block of Susana Street. A shed was pried open and items were taken. Case# 19-208.
At 8:06 am, Officer Carney arrested a man in the 500 block of Center Avenue for possession of methamphetamine. Case# 19-212.
At 5:20 pm, Officer Lincoln contacted a man near Muir Station Road and Alhambra Way. The man was arrested for a warrant. Case# 19-220.
At 6:04 pm, Officer Lucido contacted a woman sitting in her vehicle at Chase Bank. She was arrested for a warrant and possession of a controlled substance. Case# 19-230.
At 7:23 pm, Corporal Schnabel responded to the Virginia Hills Shopping Center for a man breaking store front windows. The man, who broke windows on three different businesses, was arrested for vandalism. Case# 19-231.
At 9:40 pm, Officer Lucido responded to a suspicious man in the 2500 block of Arnold Drive. The man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Case# 19-232.
At 12:06 am, Officer Breinig made a traffic stop at Main Street and Pine Street. The driver was arrested for DUI. Case# 19-234.
At 9:00 am, Officer Ramos was on foot patrol inside Walmart when he contacted a woman and arrested her for warrants. Case# 19-238.
At 8:40 am, Officer Sousa responded to the John Muir Inn for an occupied suspicious vehicle. The vehicle left the John Muir Inn parking lot upon Officer Sousa’s arrival. An investigative stop was conducted in the 500 block of Center Avenue. A woman who was a passenger in the vehicle was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Case# 19-239.
At 5:05 pm, Officer Sousa responded to the area of Alhambra Avenue and Forest Hills Drive for a man walking into traffic and breaking vehicle windows when vehicles stopped for him. The man was the same subject who broke windows out of businesses in the Virginia Hills Shopping Center the evening prior. He was again arrested for vandalism. Case# 19-248.
At 6:08 pm, Officer Breinig took a stolen vehicle report from the 700 block of Estudillo Street. At 9:00 pm, Pleasant Hill Police located the vehicle occupied in the Target parking lot. The occupants, a man and woman, were arrested. Case# 19-249
At 7:10 am, Officer Buda responded to the 3800 block of Vista Oaks Drive for a theft from an unlocked car. The victim reported the suspect took power tools and two Berretta shotguns. Case# 19-253.
At 7:31 am, Officer Lekse conducted a probation search at the Muir Lodge. He arrested a man on drug related charges. Case# 19-254.
At 10:07 am, Officer Leong responded to Able Chevrolet for a motorcycle that was parked on the property. The motorcycle had a punched ignition and had been reported stolen. Case# 19-255.
At 1:39 pm, Officer Sousa was dispatched to the 1600 block of Center Avenue for an occupied suspicious vehicle. He contacted the occupant and arrested him for being under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. He was transported and released at the PD. Case# 19-258.
At 7:56 pm, Officer Parsons contacted a woman in the 500 block of Arch Street. The woman was arrested for public intoxication and violating probation. She was booked into MDF.
At 11:03 pm, Officer Parsons responded to Safeway, 3334 Alhambra Avenue, for a man who threatened another man in front of the store and fled in a gold Oldsmobile. It was reported the suspect had a handgun in the vehicle. Officers searched the area, but did not locate the suspect. Case# 19-261.
On January 26th at 1:21 am, Officer Parsons conducted a traffic stop at Marina Vista and Ferry Street. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. The man was booked into MDF.
At 8:33 am, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Holiday Hills Drive for a report of a man accessing a vehicle with a slim jim. The man was contacted and arrested for a cite- release warrant. Officer Ramos took case# 19-264.
At 9:10 am, Officer Sousa contacted a man in the parking lot of 7-11, 3520 Pacheco Boulevard. The man was found to be in possession of heroin and needles. He was arrested and cited at the scene. Case# 19-266.
At 10:04 am, Officer Ramos contacted a man in the 500 block of Palm Avenue. The man had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. While speaking with him, the man dropped a baggy of heroin. A search revealed approximately 14 grams of heroin and packaging materials for sales. He was booked into MDF by Officer Ramos, case# 19-267.
At 12:17 pm, Officer Sousa contacted a man near Mt. View Park. The man, who is on probation, was in possession of a needle and methamphetamine. He also had a can of bear spray, which he is prohibited from possessing. He was arrested and booked into MDF. Case# 19-270.
At 12:41 pm, Officer Buda was dispatched to Walmart for a shoplifter in custody who had an outstanding warrant. The 38-year-old woman was arrested for the outstanding warrant and possession of heroin. She was booked into MDF. Case# 19-271.
At 2:11 am, Officer Parsons was on patrol and contacted a 28-year-old man at 7-11, 3520 Pacheco Boulevard. The man had a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility (MDF). Case# 19-275.
At 7:23 am, Officer Sousa was dispatched to Safeway, 3334 Alhambra Avenue, for a report of a man who had just stolen meat. Officer Sousa contacted a man at the bus stop matching the description, and the man refused to comply with lawful orders and physically resisted being detained. The suspect, a 39-year-old from Bay Point, was taken to the ground and detained. He was positively identified as the suspect in the theft by employees and was booked into MDF. Case# 19-276.
While directing traffic on Alhambra Avenue in front of Jack in the Box, Corporal Mayberry saw a red truck drive by with a passenger who had an outstanding warrant in the passenger seat. Officer Leong was able to stop the vehicle and arrested the 22-year-old woman for a no-cite warrant. She was booked into MDF without incident. Case# 19-281.
At 5:10 am, Officer Angoco was on patrol and conducted a traffic stop on Alhambra Avenue near Walnut Street. He contacted the driver, a 40-year-old man from Pittsburg. The man was driving with a suspended license for a prior DUI. He was arrested for 14601.2a CVC. Case# 19-284.
At 10:33 am, Officer Voyvodich arrested a man for a warrant in the Family Courts lobby. Case# 19-287.
At 11:47 am, Sergeant Busciglio arrested a man for a warrant in the 2400 block of Olive Drive. Case# 19-288.
At 13:38 pm, Officer Voyvodich had a License Plate Reader (LPR) hit for a stolen vehicle on eastbound HWY 4. He located the stolen vehicle on HWY 4 just past Alhambra Avenue, and followed it on to southbound 680 where a pursuit was initiated in the Danville/San Ramon area. A CHP helicopter monitored the pursuit as other units were catching up. A CHP unit joined the pursuit and it continued onto westbound HWY 580, where the pursuit was terminated. The suspect vehicle was last seen headed towards Castro Valley. Case# 19-292.
At 7:52 pm, Officer Lucido responded to the 1100 block of Arnold Drive for a subject stating that someone had entered his home. The subject was arrested for public intoxication. Case# 19-297
At 2:23 pm, one of the license plate readers (LPR) alerted to a stolen vehicle. Detective Miller located the vehicle in the post office parking lot. The male suspect was arrested. Case #19-307.
At 2:38 pm, Sergeant Busciglio observed a wanted man riding his bicycle in the 3900 block of Alhambra Avenue. The subject fled on the bicycle, but was located hiding in the backyard of a residence in the 600 block of Walnut Avenue. He was apprehended with the assistance of K9 Jago. The subject was booked into MDF. Case# 19-309.
At 3:02 pm, customers stopped and detained a man who stole a tip jar from the Subway sandwich shop on Arnold Drive. Officer Winslett arrived on scene and the man was arrested for burglary. Case #19-308.
At 11:55 pm, Officer Breinig contacted a man during a check of a suspicious vehicle at the Pacheco Transit Hub. The man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Case #19-315.
At 11:55 pm, Officer Lucido responded to Holiday Highlands Park for a naked male that was exposing himself. Officer Lucido contacted the suspect and arrested him for being under the influence of a drug. The man was booked into MDF. Case# 19-326.
At 12:07 am, Officer Breing was dispatched to the 800 block of Alhambra Ave. for a subject blaring a car stereo. Officer Breing contacted the subject who attempted to flee on foot. The subject was caught and arrested for delaying and booked into MDF. Case# 19- 327.
At 12:54 am, Officer Lucido was dispatched to Shell and Terrace for a solo accident. He contacted the driver and arrested him for driving under the influence. The man was booked into MDF. Case# 19-328.
On January 31st at 8:19 am, Officer Ramos responded to 1190 Arnold Dr. (IHOP) for a report of an auto burglary. An unknown suspect broke a window to the victim’s vehicle and stole a back pack. Case# 19-329.
At 8:54 am, Sgt. Busciglio responded to the 5400 block of Likins Dr. for a report of an auto burglary. Sometime over the night, an unknown suspect broke the passenger door window and stole a bag of miscellaneous clothing type items. Case# 19-331.
At 11:20 am, Officer Miller located a wanted subject at 4141 Alhambra Ave. (7-11). The man had a felony warrant for his arrest and was booked into MDF. Case# 19-335.
