On October 1st at 5:22 pm, Detective Wah responded to an argument between a man and woman in the 100 block of Berrellesa Street. The man was arrested for a parole warrant. Case# 18-2313.
At 10:55 pm Officer Lincoln made a traffic stop at Pacheco Boulevard and Arthur Road. The driver was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Case# 18-2314.
On October 2nd at 12:06 pm, Officer Voyvodich arrested a woman for an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop at Bella Vista and Oak Street. Case# 18-2324.
At 6:30 pm Officer Lincoln arrested a man for public intoxication in the 2500 block of Arnold Drive. Case# 18-2329.
On October 3rd at 8:46 am Detective Lekse arrested a woman at Jack in the Box for possession of a controlled substance. Case# 18-2331.
At 2:27 pm a man was reported to be intoxicated with his pants down in the downtown area. Sergeant Busciglio contacted the man on Ward Street at Castro Street. The man was arrested for public intoxication and a probation violation. Case# 18-2335.
On October 4th at 4:00 pm, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Main Street for a man yelling profanities. Officer Buda contacted and arrested the man for a warrant and public intoxication. Case# 18-2343.
At 9:24 pm Corporal Mayberry conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Arnold Drive. He contacted the occupants and identified drug paraphernalia in plain view. After a vehicle search, the driver was arrested for carrying an illegal knife and possession of drug paraphernalia. The passenger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Case# 18-2348.
At 11:15 pm Officer Breinig arrested a man at Main Street and Ferry Street for public intoxication. Case# 18-2349.
At 11:16 pm Sergeant Salamid arrested a woman in Main Street Plaza for a warrant. Case# 18-2350.
At 11:54 pm Sergeant Salamid arrested a man at Amtrak for possession of drug paraphernalia.
On October 5th at 1:53 am Officer Breinig arrested a man in the 7-11 parking lot (Alhambra Ave.) for public intoxication. Case# 18-2352.
At 3:30 pm Officer Parsons responded to the John Muir Inn for a window smash auto burglary, where a firearm was stolen. Case# 18-2355.
At 6:44 pm Officer Montano responded to a verbal disturbance in the 100 block of Arana Dr. A woman was arrested for public intoxication. Case# 18-2356.
At 9:30 pm Officer Angoco arrested a man for a warrant during a security check at 100 Church Street. Case# 18-2359.
At 11:22 pm Corporal Mayberry arrested a man for DUI and hit-and-run in the 1500 block of Estudillo Street. Case# 18-2360.
On October 6th at 12:30 am, Officer Angoco arrested a man yelling in the 400 block of Allen Street for public intoxication. Case# 18-2361.
At 1:38 am Officer Angoco arrested a woman for a warrant in the parking lot of Autopia. Case# 18-2362.
At 8:00 am Corporal Baillie arrested a woman in the 700 block of Teresa Street for possession of methamphetamine, heroin, drug paraphernalia, drug intoxication and violating probation. Case# 18-2363.
At 11:00 am Officer Leong arrested a man at Amtrak for trespassing and resisting a police officer. Case# 18-2364.
At 7:47 pm Corporal Mayberry attempted a traffic stop on a motorcycle in the area of Estudillo Street and Soto Street. The motorcycle fled at a high rate of speed. A brief pursuit ensued, but was terminated due to traffic conditions. Case# 18-2369.
At 8:15 pm Officer Parsons arrested a man for theft from Safeway (downtown) and a probation violation. Case# 18-2370.
On October 7th at 3:21 am, Officer Angoco arrested two men in the area of Milano Avenue and Rosemary Drive. One of the men had a warrant for his arrest. The second man was intoxicated. Case# 18-2373.
At 8:30 am Corporal Baillie arrested a man for a warrant during a vehicle stop in the 600 block of Palm Avenue. Case# 18-2374.
At 10:00 am Officer Leong took a vehicle burglary report in the 600 block Kelly Avenue. The vehicle window had been smashed and tools were stolen. Case# 18-2376.
At 12:00 pm Corporal Baillie arrested a man at Green Street and Castro Street for public intoxication and violating probation. Case# 18-2378.
At 2:45 pm Corporal Baillie arrested a woman for trespassing at a residence in the 2900 block of Alhambra Avenue. Case# 18-2379.
At 9:55 pm Corporal Mayberry attempted a traffic stop of a motorcycle at Alhambra Avenue and Franklin Canyon Road. A pursuit ensued and the motorcycle rider was arrested on Fish Ranch Road, just off of HWY 24, for felony evading and possession of brass knuckles. Case# 18-2382.
On October 8th at 2:06 am, Corporal Mayberry contacted a man passed out in a running vehicle that was blocking the roadway at Escobar Street and Ferry Street. He was arrested for DUI. Case# 18-2384.
At 7:29 am Officer Voyvodich responded to the 2100 block of Pacheco Blvd. for the report of two vehicles with their tires flattened. Incidents 1810080018/1810080020.
At 8:02 am Detective Wah responded to the 700 block of Arnold Drive, where catalytic converters were cut off of two county vehicles. Case# 18-2385.
At 1:18 pm Officer Voyvodich arrested a woman for being under the influence of a controlled substance after she came to the MPD lobby to report her son missing. The son was in the custody of his grandmother (guardian). Case# 18-2386.
At 9:31 pm Officer Lincoln arrested a woman in the 3200 block of Alhambra Ave. for possession of a controlled substance. Case# 18-2387.
On October 9th at 1:48 pm, Officer Voyvodich arrested a woman for a warrant in the 900 block of Bella Vista Ave. Case# 18-2392.
At 2:41 pm Sergeant Busciglio and Officer Voyvodich responded to a suspicious circumstance regarding a substance in Alhambra Creek at Green Street and Ferry Street. The creek had a milky green color to it. Hazmat and Fish and Game responded and tested the water, finding the substance to be not hazardous. The substance was not identified, nor was the cause of its presence known. Officials stated the substance would naturally dissipate with the tide. Incident# 1810090043.
On October 10th at 9:57 am, Officer Winslett responded to a non-injury collision at Pine Street and HWY 4. The collision involved a WestCat public transit bus. Case# 18-2400.
At 4:56 pm Officer Carney arrested a man at Ace Hardware for possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. Case# 18-2405.
At 9:06 pm Officer Breinig arrested a man for possession of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of Las Juntas Street. Case# 18-2407.
On October 11th at 6:30 am, Detective Williamson conducted a probation search at an apartment in the 100 block of Fig Tree Lane. A man was arrested for probation violation. Case# 18-2409.
At 10:39 am Detective Williamson responded to an attempted robbery near Escobar St. and Alhambra Ave., where the victim fought off a subject who tried to steal his wallet. The victim notified police when he got to work. Officers returned to the area and conducted an area search for the suspect; he was not located. Case# 18-2411.
At 12:36 pm Officer Voyvodich arrested a man at a residence in the 100 block of Berrellesa Street for possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and violating parole. Case# 18-2414.
On October 11th at 7:53 pm, Officer Espinoza arrested a woman in the 100 block of Berrellesa St. for a warrant. Case# 18-2415.
On October 12th one of our ALPRs captured a stolen Honda. The Honda Accord was reported stolen to SFPD on 10/3/18. Sergeant Gaul located the vehicle as it was southbound Alhambra Avenue at Allen Street. The driver attempted to flee, but drove down the dead end of Wano Street. The driver was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, violating probation and a felony no bail warrant for theft. The passenger was also arrested for possession of counterfeit currency, identity theft and violating probation. Both were booked into MDF. Sergeant Gaul, Officer Voyvodich and Detective Lekse were involved in the arrest and investigation. Case# 18-2416.
Officers responded to the 4200 block of Alhambra Avenue for a report of a man passed out in a vehicle. Officers arrived and contacted an individual who was severely intoxicated. He was arrested for 647F PC (Public Intoxication) and booked into MDF. His car was towed from the scene. Incident handled by Officer Parsons. Case# 18-2420.
On October 12th while officers were on a pedestrian stop on the corner of Ward St. and Castro St., they saw an individual urinating on the side walk. The man was also staggering and appeared highly intoxicated. Corporal Mayberry arrested the man for Public Intoxication and booked him into the Martinez Detention Facility. Case# 18-2421.
Officer Parsons attempted to detain an individual in the 1100 block of Ferry Street. The individual, who was on active probation, ran from Officer Parsons and got away. A short time later, Sergeant Salamid located the suspect in the 700 block of Escobar Street and arrested him for resisting/obstructing an officer and a probation violation; the suspect was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility (MDF). Case# 18-2422.
Corporal Mayberry responded to the 2900 block of Alhambra Avenue for possible intoxicated subjects knocking on windows. Corporal Mayberry contacted the suspect, who was under the influence of a controlled substance, most likely Methamphetamine. Corporal Mayberry arrested the suspect for being Under the Influence and booked her into the Martinez Detention Facility (MDF). Case# 18-2423.
Officers were dispatched to CVS for the report of a woman consuming merchandise in the store. Officers contacted the subject to find her under the influence of drugs as well as in possession of drug paraphernalia; she was arrested and booked into MDF by Officer Parsons. Case# 18-2426.
Officers responded to the Martinez Marina for a single car rollover accident. A vehicle being driven recklessly in the boat trailer lot had overturned. One male passenger was ejected. The incident was investigated by Corporal Mayberry. Case# 18-2427.
Officers responded to 1021 Arnold Dr. (Walmart) for a report of a theft being conducted by a person armed with a knife. Officers arrived and detained three adults in the parking area. One suspect was arrested for theft and being a felon in possession of tear gas; a second suspect was arrested for being in possession of 4.7 grams of Heroin. The first suspect was transported to MDF and the second was cited and released from the scene for the drug charges. Case# 18-2428.
Officer Angoco and Sergeant Salamid on-viewed a single vehicle collision into the center medium on Howe Road at Pine Street. The vehicle sped away, but was later located in the 700 block of Lemon Street. The owner of the vehicle, was contacted at his residence and found to have a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. He was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. (MDF) by Officer Angoco. Case# 18-2430.
Officer Montano contacted an individual on the corner of Arnold Drive and Eastgate Lane. The subject was found to be in possession of 1.3 grams of Methamphetamine and Methadone pills resulting in his arrest; he was cite released at the scene. Case# 18- 2431.
On October 14th Officer Leong responded to the 700 block of Escobar for a physical altercation between two men. He contacted the involved parties and arrested one of them for battery. Case #18-2434.
Officer Angoco contacted a man in the parking area of 1021 Arnold Dr. (Walmart) and found him to be on active probation; the man was found to be in the possession of 2.8 grams of Methamphetamine. Officer Angoco arrested him for possession of drugs and cite released him at the scene. Case# 18-2436.
Officers responded to the area of Morello Ave. at Gilrix Dr. for a report of a single vehicle collision. Officers arrived and located a single car which had collided into a tree. The driver was injured and later transported to John Muir Medical Center. The extent of his injuries were minor. Alcohol/drugs did not appear to be a factor. Officer Montano is the investigating officer. Case# 18-2438.
On October 15th Officer Carney responded to the 800 block of Arnold Drive for a vehicle accident. Case# 18-2443.
At 7:29 pm Officer Breinig was dispatched to Bridgehead Road to investigate an unoccupied vehicle. He learned the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Concord. Case# 18-2445.
