The Martinez Waterfront and Marina Subcommittee will Tuesday to hear and discuss the Marina State Trust Lands Use Plan (TLUP) that the city must file with the state of California.
The plan must be completed and filed with the State Lands Commission by Jan. 1, 2020. This is an element of the agreement that lets Martinez hold in trust specific waterfront tidelands, including the Martinez Marina.
The subcommittee also will hear an update on the marina’s finances.
The meeting starts at noon Tuesday in the City Council Chamber of Martinez City Hall, 525 Henrietta St.
