The Pleasant Hill-Martinez Branch of the AAUW (American Association of University Women) in partnership with Macy’s is sponsoring “Remarkable You”, a Fashion Show Fundraiser on Saturday, December 1, 2018. The event starts at 1:00 PM at Macy’s in Walnut Creek located at 1301 Broadway Plaza. We will gather at the second floor Women’s Apparel section. The show will feature Eileen Fisher and INC Clothing. We hope you can find something that will be the perfect addition to your holiday attire. The cost is $10.00 per person, and you can either sign up ahead or pay at the door, cash or check only. Along with the Fashion Show, we are offering light snacks and a Macy’s goody bag. Enjoy an afternoon away from the holiday chores and focus on something just for you!
Membership in AAUW is open to anyone with at least an Associate’s college degree. Our focus is on advancing equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and research.
