The Lakers and Warriors played once again on Friday, and this time, the Lakers left several players out. The Warriors, on the other hand, let their stars play. That created a one-sided matchup early on, but the Lakers settled down. They may not have kept it close on the scoreboard, but they performed admirably in adverse conditions. What matters is not who wins and who loses. What matters is developing the players on this team and getting them ready to play in the games that count.
