John Muir’s passing remembered at historic site

The 104th anniversary of the death of famed environmentalist John Muir will be marked Monday, Dec. 24, at the John Muir National Historic Site.

Visitors gathering at the historic site’s visitor center will be provided rides to the Muir family gravesite, where park rangers will present a short remembrance program and allow visitors time for reflection.
